General Terms of Use

All parts, components, and products supplied by our company are intended exclusively for use in compliance with the intended use as defined in the technical documentation and the operating instructions.

It is strictly prohibited to ingest, inhale, or handle these products in a manner that is not intended or is inappropriate. Incorrect, abusive, or improper use of the products may present risks to health, safety, and/or the environment.

Our company declines any and all liability in the event of damage, incident, or consequence resulting from:

– use not in compliance with the specifications provided,

– improper installation, handling, or maintenance of the products,

– deviation from their original intended use.

During implementation, the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment (in particular gloves and protective eyewear) is recommended.

Safety information:

Some of LiCA products contain magnets. Magnetic fields may interfere with pacemakers and other implanted medical devices. This product is not intended to be used by persons fitted with such devices.

The user acknowledges having taken note of these warnings and undertakes to strictly comply with the operating instructions.

These clauses are applicable within the framework of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS).
